Does it sync with my Fitbit or Apple?
Yes, the ViHealth syncs with Apple Health, Fitbits, Google Fit and Suamsung Health. Easily connect all your health data in one app via the health integration from your smartphone and see how your activity and sleep is impacting your body and health.
I accidentally damage the scale, can I get a replacement?
We offer a 1 year warranty for all of our device, so if your smart scale is damaged within that period, send us a photo and we'll be sending you a replacement right away.

Does this only track one person at a time or can it be used by the whole family?
You can add multiple up to 24 users.
Can I measure accurately when I'm wearing shoes?
No, you can only measure your weight when you are wearing shoes, everything else is inaccurate. So to make sure the data is accurate enough, please don't measure in shoes or even socks.
What is the maximum weight?
Lepulse can measure and track up to 400lb/180kg.
How long is the battery life?
It with a 300mAh lithium battery that lasts up to 6 months per charge (once per day).
How do I change units of measure from cm to feet?
Click on "Profile" in ViHealth, then slide to the bottom, click on "Settings", select "Unit", and finally click on Finally, click on the "Height" indicator, select "ft", and you're done.
